20 September 2021: A few days before the competitions are due to start, members of the WorldSkills Europe Board have arrived together with the World Skills Europe Competition Committee and international experts from all over Europe. They are visiting and inspecting the competition areas, and now, after the many virtual discussions, they are finally meeting the heads of the umbrella organisation in person for the first time in order to complete the final preparations. The international experts were, of course, delighted to have the opportunity to meet and discuss matters in person again after almost 2 years. The WSE Board, the 400 or so experts and the EuroSkills 2021 Workshop Managers also took advantage of this opportunity at the evening reception held in the WKO Lounge at the Premstättenhalle venue.
