Expertise by ZOTAC for Mechanical Engineering
A new supporter, the IT specialist ZOTAC, has recently joined the ranks of EuroSkills 2020. The company is mainly supporting the Mechanical Engineering CAD skill with its products.
CAD specialists use CAD (computer-aided design) programmes to implement complex, high-precision technical plans, models and calculations. The most important tool in this competition skill is the PC – and this is where ZOTAC comes into play: the computer hardware specialist from Hong Kong is providing the desktop PCs required by the competitors in this skill.
Serkan Karacaer, Marketing EMEAI at ZOTAC, explains why the company supports EuroSkills 2020: “As a leading IT manufacturer of graphic boards as well as mini and desktop PCs for home and for industrial use, we care a great deal about the young, skilled workers of tomorrow. We are delighted to be able to support EuroSkills in Graz this year with our desktop PCs, in order to emphatically enhance the public image of the importance of skilled workers and their training. Events like EuroSkills 2020 make skills and trades more attractive to young people. We would like to provide the young, talented competitors with the best hardware so that they can concentrate fully on their tasks and on the competition, and excel beyond their dreams – entirely in line with our motto: Push The Limit!”
EuroSkills 2020 would like to thank ZOTAC for its fabulous support. We are Skills!
