Support for the Beauty Therapy skill category
EuroSkills 2020 warmly welcomes PANDHY’S™ on board. The well-known international company, which also has branches in Austria, has now joined the European Skills Championships as a Bronze sponsor with special focus on the Beauty Therapy skill category.
The family firm, founded in Hungary in 2004, today markets its sustainable and largely organically certified products from a total of six independent segments in over 40 countries worldwide – and has long since made a name for itself in the cosmetics industry. The cosmetics company is also known for its dedication to developing young talent in the beauty care industry. This is the third time in succession that PANDHY’S™ has supported a EuroSkills or WorldSkills competition, and the company is also very keen to become involved in “Try a Skill” so that school students can also have the chance to learn more about the many aspects of a beautician’s work.
CEO and founder Borbíró Gertrud explains why developing young, skilled workers is important for the Hungarian company: “We at CosMed – PANDHY’S™ believe that skills are vital for the economy of every country and they should be supported as much as possible. Nurturing young talent and making sure that students of all ages have the opportunity to try various skills and learn about industry standards helps to make these professions fashionable and appealing. This is our third year supporting the WorldSkills & EuroSkills initiative and we plan on continuing as long as we can, to ensure the competition is fair and equal for all competitors.”
We should like to take this opportunity to thank PANDHY’S™ for their generous support. We are Skills!
